We offer 10% off the venue fee in these Non-Peak Months:

Full day 10a-11p. All events end at 10p with 1 hour for break down. The rental includes all furniture and cleaning fee. We accept decor & supply drop offs by appointment on Thursdays between 10am-6pm. All items need to be removed at the end of the rental period. Alcohol, staff fees and taxes are not included in the venue rental fee (see below for more info).
1 Hour $250 (pending availability) Wednesday & Thursdays.
Day-Of-Coordination required. Basic Day-Of-Insurance required for events over 75.
BEER, SELTZER & HARD CIDER.
We have several bar packages and allow for liquor & wine in addition to all of our beers, hard seltzer and hard cider. We have all you can drink beer and hard seltzer packages that range from $11-13 per head.
BYO-LIQUOR, WINE & CHAMPAGNE
BYO-Wine & BYO-Alcohol are permitted in addition to Beer Options. For a bartender & bartender set up fee of $350 we can contract a bartender and serve outside wine and/or mixed cocktails/spirits. All alcohol, mixers and garnishes along with specialty cocktail recipes to be provided by renter. Limit to 4 types of wine and/or champagne and 4 types of cocktails/spirits. No 1.75 liter alcohol bottles. We do not pour shots.
All beer & bar servers are Alcohol Awareness ceritfied.
A successful event starts with proper staffing! All events require at minimum two bar staff members. Depending on your guest count and bar plan, we’ll recommend the proper staffing plan. We require the following bar staff ratios (in coordination with your caterer/bar service): 2 per first 85 guests, 3 per 85 to 150 guests, 4 per 150+ guests. If using a food truck, we may recommend an additional staff member.
