PREFERRED VENDORS
Do you have preferred and/or required vendors?
​
No! We allow for any licensed & insured vendors. We have a "Vendor Favorites" list of local wedding vendors that we are happy to connect you with.
BYO ALCOHOL
Can we bring our own alcohol?
​
Yes! We have several bar packages including BYO - spirits, wine & champagne. All beer, hard seltzer & hard cider offerings can be purchased from Attaboy Beer at a per head discounted rate.
ADA COMPLIANT
Do you have ADA compliant facilities?
Yes, all of our restrooms and entrances are ADA friendly. We are one of the only 100% ADA compliant wedding venues in Frederick, MD.
LODGING
Is there lodging near by?
Our event coordinator can provide you with a list of all the nearby rentals as well as hotels. We're walking distance to the Visitation Hotel and will be to the new Downtown Marriot Hotel opening in 2028.
PEAK SEASON
What is your peak season?

April, May, September, October, November & December are our peak months for weddings and events.

PARKING
Do you have on-site parking?
​
Yes, we have a private parking lot with room for a shuttle. We are the only Frederick, Maryland wedding venue downtown that has free private parking.
GLASSWARE
Do we need to rent Glassware?
​
No! We provide Tulip glasses, wine glasses, rocks glasses & mason jars. See pics on our furniture list. We are one of the few Frederick, MD based wedding venues that provide real glassware.
CANDLES
Do you allow real flame candles?
​
Yes! Candles must have a solid base, and flames must be enclosed in a fire-resistant vessel. All candle sticks need to be enclosed in a Hurricane style or other container WITH bottom to catch all wax.
DISCOUNTS
Do you offer discounts for off-peak dates?
​
Yes, we do! We offer 10% off for the following months: January, February, March, June, July & August
EVENT COODINATION
Do you require an event coordinator?
Yes, for all wedding events we do require an event coordinator. We have a great list of vendors we are happy to share with you.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
What’s included in your starting rental fee?
​
Our 13 hour rental day includes use of the entire facility, beer garden and furniture as well as bar staff & cleaning. We are the only Frederick wedding venue that has access to a real grass outdoor area.
PETS
Do you allow pets?
We allow service dogs universally and we allow pets just for ceremonies. There are several Frederick based kennels & pet sitters that we can provide contact info for.
